Market Rallied After The Positive Outcome From The Meeting Between Trump And Kim Jong
Markets rallied after the positive outcome from the meeting between US president Trump and Kim Jong Un. President Trump committed to provide security guarantees to North Korea while Kim Jong Un reaffirmed his firm and unwavering commitment to complete denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
Markets edged higher in early trade but turned volatile and trimmed gains in afternoon trade, however hit fresh high in late afternoon. The Nifty Index rose 56 points or 0.52% to close at 10843.The small cap Index rose 53 points or 0.69%.
Big players of the market FII and pro have yesterday bought 55008 contracts in Index option which suggest further upside in the market. DII have been buying continuously from past six day in cash market which adds further bullishness in the market we expect small cap to achieve our target of 8115 in the coming days.
Nifty is opening gap up by 44 points from previous day close of 10839. Currently, Nifty trading at 10887 as per SGX Nifty.
The US 10 Year T-Note is trading at 119.34. The Bond has broken its important low of 120.03 on 28th Feb 2018. The next support level is at 117.69 which is the low of Jan 2011. The US Dollar Index is trading at 93.88.
