Markets Volatile, Remain Cautious, Will Take Cue From Global Markets
Last week Indian benchmark Index Nifty was down by 2.84%, the Index open at 10604 and closed at 10455 after making low of 10276. The market gave a roller coaster ride experience to traders and investors. Smallcap Index somehow managed to remain in positive territory as Index gain 2.80% last week. On Friday Nifty opened at 10417 and closed at 10455 after making a high of 10480. In Minor Sector Sugar sector remain 2nd top sector after import duty was increased on sugar to 100% from 50%. Airlines sector rose as crude price fell to USD 60 from its high of USD 66.66.
The Cash Market Benchmark Index Small Cap on Friday was up by 0.18%. The Index opened at 8250 and closed at 8482 after making a high of 8509.
Nifty Future is opening Gap Up by 53 points against Friday’s close 10469 as indicated by SGX Nifty which is currently trading at 10522.
