Nifty Continued Its Strong Up Move For The Fifth Consecutive Day To Close At Record High
Nifty continued it’s strong up move for the fifth consecutive day to close at record high of 11471 after making a high of 11495.
Nifty opened higher on Thursday and traded with a positive bias right through the day. Stocks hovered with small gains in morning trade. Fresh buying pushed the key benchmark Index higher in afternoon trade and extended gains with Nifty scaling record highs. The Nifty Index gained 21 points or 0.18% to settle at 11471.
The Cash Market Benchmark Index Small Cap closed at 7624 after making a high of 7640.The Index was up by 0.90% from its previous close.
Major Players of the market FII and PRO have bought 184209 contracts in Index option and in the current expiry.
Nifty is opening gap up by 1 points from previous day close of 11488. Currently, Nifty trading at 11489 as per SGX Nifty.
The US 10 Year T-Note is trading at 119.78. The Bond has broken its important low of 120.03 on 28th Feb 2018. The next support level is at 117.69 which is the low of Jan 2011. The US Dollar Index is trading at 95.41.
