The Company was promoted in the name and style of RVS Steels & Allied Industries Ltd. and was registered in the State of Maharashtra on 18th March, 1985 by Sarvashri R V Shah, P D Prabhu and others. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Shree Precoated Steels Ltd. on 24th October, 1985.

The Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained on 6th January, 1986. Shri C S Ajmera and Associates took over the Company on 6th
October, 1986.

The major event after incorporation of the Company in 1985 was change of foreign collaboration due to the availability of better terms and conditions, better technology, superior equipment and product mix. The Company has changed their Collaborator from Hunter Engineering, USA to Cockerill Mechanical Industries, Belgium.

Ajmera Group of Companies consist of Ajmera Housing Corporation and other Companies in Construction Division, Ajmera Cements Pvt. Ltd. (Shreeji brand cement manufacturing Plant), a 100 TPD Cement Plant operating profitably at over 100% capacity utilisation; Steel & Alloy Steels, steel fabrication and light engineering items and Hotel Tulsi-Rajkot.


Shree Precoated Steels issues ZCNCD as per BIFR order

- Shree Precoated Steels Limited has appointed Mr. Harish Kumar Agrawal as Company Secretary & DGM-Legal w.e.f. 1st April 2008. He will also be the Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Mr. Nilesh Jain who has since resigned.

-Shree Precoated Steels Ltd has informed that the IDBI Bank Ltd has appointed Mr. A U Katra as nominee on Board of the Company w.e.f. September 08, 2008.

-Company name has been changed from Shree Precoated Steels Ltd to Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd


- Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited has appointed Mr.Hiresh Dhakan as an Assistant Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.


-Mr. Keshav Kunder has been appointed as Compliance Officer of the Company.

-AjmeraRealty - Acquisition of 100% stake in Ajmera Biofuel Ltd ("ABL").

-Ajmera Realty & Infra has recommended a dividend @ 17% i.e. Re. 1.70 per Equity Shares.

-Ajmera Realty & Infra have recommended dividend @ 15% i.e. Rs. 1.50 per Equity Share.

-Ajmera Realty & Infra have recommended a dividend of Rs. 1.50 Per share of face value of Rs. 10/- each .

-The Company have incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company with name and Style "Ajmera Corporation UK Limited
